Exchange Policy

At Choice Shoes Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Exchange Eligibility
Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include all tags, accessories, and original materials.
Be accompanied by the original receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.
Choice Shoes reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item does not meet these conditions.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Products purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Gift cards or other non-returnable promotional items (if applicable).
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
Damaged,
Defective,
Incorrect, or
Different from what you ordered,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:

Wait for confirmation from our customer support team before sending the product.
Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange if it meets our eligibility requirements.
Shipping Costs
Unless the exchange is due to our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the product.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location and courier service.
